We were founded as the 31st chapter of the National Quilting Association in December 1975.

Today, with nearly 60 members, we are a diverse group, and include people of all levels of quilting experience and interest. Membership is open to all.

We offer 10 programs each year with expert speakers, classes, workshops, and show and tell. We are also active in community service projects, such as the 'Pieces of Love' program, in which we make and donate over 100 small (for infants) quilts a year to hospitals, shelters for battered women with children, and other human services organizations.

Meetings are monthly. We normally meet the third Friday of each month (except July and August) at 9:30 A.M. at either
